Hey what's going on, My names Michelle Ballantyne, and for years I worked long, unpredictable shifts in aviation- Nights, Holidays, Weekends.. all while watching life fly by from the sidelines.

Like most people, I thought that's just what "Success" looked like .

Work hard, save up, and maybe one day you'll get to live a little.

But one day I realized ...I was building everyone else's dream but my own.

The Truth?

I Didn't just want more money - I wanted myself back.

I wanted to wake up excited again.

I wanted time to breathe - to travel, to cook, to spend afternoons at the park with my girl Keyta.

But everyone around me said,

"You've got a good job " just stick to it."

Still, something inside me said, No. There's got to be more than this.

So I took a chance.

Now, I run a business that lets me:

Work online from anywhere.

Travel the world (Japan was a dream!)

Actually enjoy the moments that used to fly by.

People told me I was Crazy to leave my old Career.

But what's crazier trying something new, or staying stuck in a life that doesn't feel like yours anymore.

You don't have to have it all figured out to start.
